About these terms
By placing an order on douyinshop.in you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
Products
We sell imported Korean, Japanese and Chinese beauty products. We describe every item as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens and manufacturers occasionally change packaging without notice.
Cosmetics and skincare are sold for external use as directed by the manufacturer. Patch-test anything new. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we make no claim that any product treats a condition.
Prices and availability
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Stock is limited and shown live — an item in your cart is not reserved until the order is paid for.
If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you and offer to either honour the corrected price or refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud.
Payment
All orders are prepaid through Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Free gift
Orders over ₹699 in goods receive a free Cetaphil SPF 50+ sunscreen while stocks last. The threshold is calculated on goods only, before shipping. If your order drops below ₹699 the gift is removed automatically. The gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
