What we collect
- Contact details — name, email address and phone number
- Delivery details — shipping and billing address
- Order history — what you bought and when
- Technical data — cookies needed to keep your cart and session working
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Your card details go to them, not to us.
Why we hold it
To take and deliver your order, to email you about that order, to handle returns, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
- Couriers (Speed Post, Delhivery) — name, address and phone, so they can deliver
- Razorpay — to take payment
- Brevo — to send order emails
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Marketing
We only send marketing email if you have opted in, and every one of them has an unsubscribe link. Order confirmations and shipping notices are transactional and are sent regardless, because you need them.
Your rights
Email team@douyinshop.in to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to have your account deleted. We will respond within 30 days. Note that we must keep invoice records for the period Indian tax law requires, even after an account is closed.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS throughout. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email — we do not store passwords for customer accounts.
