Delivery and tracking
We email tracking once your parcel is handed to the courier. Delivery options and estimated timings are shown at checkout. For a tracking question, email us with your order number.
Returns, damaged or incorrect items
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy before sending an item back.
