Where we ship
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Charges
- Speed Post — ₹80
- Delhivery — ₹100
The charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over ₹699 also include a free Cetaphil SPF 50+ sunscreen, added to your cart automatically.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once handed to the courier, Speed Post typically takes 4–8 working days and Delhivery 3–6, depending on your location. Remote and north-eastern pin codes can take longer.
These are the couriers' own timelines, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, strikes or courier backlogs are outside our control.
Tracking
You will get an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Payment
We are prepaid only — we do not offer cash on delivery. Payment is taken securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets).
Failed deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available or the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery is charged at the original shipping rate.
