Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if it is damaged during shipping and unusable.

To be eligible for a return:

•  The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Returns sent back without first requesting approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
