Cancellation Policy

We know plans change - here's how order cancellation works at Douyin Shop.

Before your order ships

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been processed for shipping. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of being placed, so the sooner you reach out, the better. To cancel, email us at team@douyinshop.in with your order number and we'll confirm the cancellation and refund.

After your order ships

Once an order has been processed and handed to our courier partner, we're unable to intercept or cancel it. If you no longer want the item(s), our standard Refund Policy applies instead - you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if it arrives damaged or unusable.

Refund timing

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
